Built by Hospitality Operators.
CAMO Hospitality is a venture-backed platform providing hotel-branded room service infrastructure to limited-service, select-service, and extended-stay hotels. Operators first. Platform second.

Our Story
CAMO was created to address the gap in high-quality, convenient room service and hotel dining. Over the last decade, guests have been forced to choose between traditional room service with high prices and insane fees – or food delivery companies with poor quality and service, high fees and long delivery times. Our journey began in Anaheim and has expanded across the country. We’ve made guests smile from coast to coast through our unique blend of accessible technology, culinary expertise, speedy delivery, and guest support.
Meet The Team

Kevin Rohani
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Rohani founded CAMO with the vision of helping hotels reclaim the dining experience and guest relationships that had increasingly shifted to third-party delivery platforms. With more than 15 years of experience across hospitality development, operations, and brand strategy, he has built CAMO into an asset-light platform that allows hotels to offer fully branded room service without the operational burden of running a traditional kitchen. As Founder and CEO, he oversees the company’s growth, partnerships, technology, and day-to-day operations as CAMO continues expanding across major U.S. markets.
Prior to launching CAMO, Rohani held senior development roles with some of the hospitality industry’s most recognized lifestyle brands. Following Accor’s acquisition of SBE, he served as Head of Development for Accor’s Lifestyle Hotels portfolio after previously serving as Senior Vice President of Development at SBE. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Dream Hotel Group, where he first worked alongside Gavin Henriquez, and began in hospitality development at Gensler working on projects including Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, the citizenM U.S. portfolio, and Century Plaza Hotel. Originally from Newport Beach, Rohani graduated from California State University, Fullerton with degrees in Business Administration and Hospitality Management and currently serves on the university’s hospitality advisory board, along with several hospitality and technology advisory organizations.
Gavin Henriquez
Co-Founder, Senior Vice President of Operations & Hotel Relations
Gavin Henriquez co-founded CAMO and brings more than 10 years of hotel operations leadership spanning New York and Los Angeles. He and Kevin Rohani first worked together at Dream Hotel Group, where Gavin served as Operations Manager, and the two went on to build CAMO around a shared conviction that hotels could reclaim the dining experience they had ceded to third parties. As Senior Vice President of Operations and Hotel Relations, he oversees the operational core of the business, including the kitchen network that fulfills every order and the hotel partnerships the platform runs on.
Gavin joined CAMO at its earliest stage and has helped scale the company from a single market into a national operation, turning signed agreements into live, revenue-generating service and keeping those operations performing consistently from launch onward. Prior to CAMO, he served as Director of Operations for Proper Hospitality at The Hotel June in Los Angeles, and spent four years with Dream Hotel Group, beginning his hospitality career in front office management at notable New York properties including Dream Downtown and the Gramercy Park Hotel. His grounding across luxury, lifestyle, and independent hotels informs CAMO's standard for room service that meets brand-level expectations.
